RMA Request

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE YOU PROCEED

RMA Return Policy and Process

Each step must be completed to ensure that your RMA request is processed and handled as efficiently as possible. Customers may return their product within the warranty period issued with their product. Customers returning any product(s) outside their warranty period will be provided a price quote for the costs related to the repair and return of their product(s).


Shipping Terms

FastRMA is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property in transit. The customer shall be responsible for correctly packing the products they are shipping. A copy of your original invoice or sales receipt must be included with your shipment along with a copy of the RMA.


Shipping Costs

If your warranty claim is approved we will send the necessary replacement part via UPS free of charge. The replacement part will have a pre-paid return shipping label for the return of the old warranty part. You will need to include a copy of the email with RMA# inside the box when returning the warranty part and bring it to UPS to be shipped. The warranty part must be returned within 30 days.
